A Christmas Quilt

This Christmas project is two years old. It was machine appliqued on my Janome and the pattern is by Smith Street Desgins. This is when my quilts get stuck on the shelf, waiting to be quilted. I do see machine quilting classes in my future...someday. Actually, my goal is to have it hanging on my quilt rack at the end of this year .

Have a great weekend everyone!!!

  1. I love the Christmas quilt...well done! I'll bet you could machine quilt that with your Janome...I've heard they are fabulous machine.

I love the fact that you are on a farm in Ohio! I live in SE Michigan...just 30 miles or so north of Ohio. I drive through your state ALL THE TIME going home to Alabama to visit my family. I'm not sure where you are, but there are some great quilty things in OHIO. I love the quilt shop in Bettsville (The Doormouse, I think it is?) and I enter the Sauder Village quilt show every spring...a FABULOUS show in Archbold...there a wonderful shop there as well, all on the grounds of a living museum.

    I'll be back!

    In stitches,
    Teresa :o)
